Shuttle Form and Questions

Just so we are clear, every vehicle needs a separate form. Filled out by the owner of the vehicle.

Once you fill out the online form, you will hit the submit button and get a confirmation by

e-mail.  It is the same e-mail I get.  PLEASE check your form carefully. It is what I go by.

If you called me and asked about a shuttle, this is not the same as a bona fide reservation.

PLEASE notify your emergency contact person about your float plan. Do not put your emergency contact down if they are on the float with you.  If you have an extra spare key, let them know where it is, and any other pertinent information just in case.

If you had a spare key made, please make sure it works!  Believe it or not there are vehicles out there that start up, but will not drive for more than a minute.  If there is an elaborate security system please disable it or let us know exactly how to disarm it.  FILL YOUR TANK UP WITH GAS before the shuttle or leave money for gas!!
