Every Vehicle  Needs A Separate Form!!!! Filled in by the vehicle owner!

DO NOT FORGET TO LEAVE KEY!

After you complete a form and hit the submit button, you will be immediately directed to a page that says 'I have received your form'  THIS IS HOW YOU WILL KNOW I HAVE YOUR FORM!!!!!!!, in addition to that you will get an e-mail confirming your reservation.  If you don't get either, it means I do NOT have your form, therefore if you don't stop in and see me, (directions here) I will not deliver your vehicle because I have no information to do so.

Please read your e-mail CAREFULLY to confirm the put in/take locations, dates and times as services will be performed per your answers.

Please notify your emergency contact about your float plan!! Tell them where a spare key is on your vehicle if this is an option!!

 People call in and ask about shuttles, this is not the same as booking a shuttle.  The onlyway to book a shuttle is online, by fax or in person. 

Once again, please observe the confirmations, if you don't get one, I don't get the info.

Important!!

If you are going to Heller Bar, there is a new law saying you must have a parking pass.  It is called a Discovery Pass.  It is 35 for this yearly pass.  The day pass is 11.50, however I cannot guarantee same day delivery.

 This is required by law, and the fine is 99.00

p.s.  If you are a washington resident, buy a fishing license the fee is covered in it. If you have youth or seniors, it is very affordable.

Please give us a date you are dropping off the key if you can and approximate time!  IF you cancel your trip - E-mail me, it is not only courteous but makes a big difference to the drivers I call who come in from other towns and have to drive here to do it.

We deliver generally your vehicle the day or two before you take out. Please let us know the absolute last date and time on the form that we can deliver your rig, sometimes we have scheduling conflicts that make it so we have to deliver the vehicle that day.

If it is a rental car or unsure of what vehicle you may take, and you are dropping the key off to us, fill out the as much as you can, and on the form you can fill it out the plate and make as rental - fill it the rest when you get here! If you are on a different river system other than the lower, please call or e-mail me with that information.

After you fill the form out, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail, if you don't, or you don't get our 'thank you' page, then you did not successfully submit the form.

If you want to tip the driver, please make sure you put 'Drivers Tip' on it somewhere so they know.  The drivers will not take it unless it is clearly marked it is for them.  If you have garbage you want dumped please write the driver a note, and get rid of all open container beer cans, etc.  Anything that would cause the drivers to get a ticket, please remove.
